Ok

It appears that in order to qualify for holiday pay you must work 480 hours (regular work hours, OT etc do not qualify) within the 13 week period before the holiday.

You must also be available for work the entire week before the holiday.

So,  since between Christmas, and new years 13 weeks can not exist, you get either 1. Christmas paid for  2. New Years paid for.  Not both.

Id’nt that a peach?
