If for any reason you are in the position to work with Adecco. DON’T
If you have to, then take it by all means. One Caveat. Go into this job EXPECTING : Pay to be short, No accountability for the payroll department, little to no communication with you hiring liason, minimal vacation time or holiday pay (if any).
So, if you go into a job with Adecco, just be armed. Be forewarned. Be prepared, to be upset and pissed off. You can keep the pistivity to a minium if you expect the least from them.
They are the worlds largest staffing company, and “employ” over 750,000 people worldwide.
Sure they have connections.
Sure they have good jobs.
Sure they do pay well.
—but—it appears they don’t care to pay you for the holiday hours that you earned.
and this goes on…for weeks in a row.
So, if you find yourself employed by Adecco and the Christmas/New Years season comes around:
–Save for this time of year, and just take it all off. Avoid the headache. Expect the least from them. When normal work hours resume, so will you normal expected pay.
