I drove down south and spent the past few days in the hills.  Cruised around, and met with some of the family.

It was a fun trip, and the weather was decent.

Good grief, my accent gets so thick when I’m down there.

Not enough time to fish or hunt, or ride.  Great time, nonetheless.

Scoped out 80 acres for sale that compromised the better part of part of a mountain side.  Power is run, and that is good.  The top view is unreal.  What a great site to build on.

The Obey River was running super cold, but we still saw trout.  Had is not been running so swift from the dam, it would have froze for sure.

I think a spring trip may be in order to get some proper fishing in.
